These terms govern your use of neemtax, operated by Neemiracle Technologies, a registered Electronic Return Intermediary (ERI). By creating an account or filing a return, you agree to them.
The service
neemtax helps you prepare and electronically file your income-tax return: it selects the applicable ITR form, computes your liability under the old and new regimes, validates the return, and submits it to the Income-Tax Department through the official ERI channel.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for the correctness of your return.
- Keep your login credentials secure and use the service only for lawful filing of your own (or an authorised person's) returns.
- Review the computed figures before you authorise filing.
Fees
Simple returns can be filed for free; paid plans apply to more complex returns and expert-assisted filing, as shown on our pricing. Applicable fees are displayed before you pay.
Filing and the Income-Tax Department
neemtax facilitates filing but does not control the department's processing, assessment, or refund timelines. Acknowledgement (ITR-V) and refunds are issued by the department.

neemtax is provided on a best-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, Neemiracle Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of the applicable seat.
