Refund & Cancellation Policy

neemtax is operated by Neemiracle Technologies, a registered Electronic Return Intermediary (ERI). Filing an individual income-tax return on neemtax is free. This policy covers paid services — chiefly the per-return filing credits used by CA & agent accounts.

Filing credits (CAs & agents)

• What a credit is — one credit is consumed when a return is successfully e-filed for a client.
• Unused credits — refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided none from that purchase have been used. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
• Used credits — a return that has been submitted to the Income-Tax Department cannot be un-filed, so consumed credits are non-refundable.
• Validity — credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Free trial credits — the complimentary credits granted to new firms have no cash value and are non-refundable.

Failed or duplicate charges

If you were charged but credits were not added, or you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us and we will investigate and refund any erroneous charge in full.

How to request a refund

Email grievance@neemtax.in from your registered address with your account email and the purchase reference. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
