Filing your taxes means trusting us with sensitive documents. Here's how we protect them — and why a registered intermediary is different from a middleman.

Registered ERI

neemtax files as an authorised Electronic Return Intermediary. Your return goes to the Income-Tax Department through the department's own official channel — not a third party.

Digitally signed filing

Every return is signed with a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and submitted over the official ERI pipeline, so what's filed is exactly what the engine computed.

Your data stays in India

Your Form 16, 26AS and filing data are stored and processed on infrastructure located in India, and are never sent abroad.

Encryption & access

• Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) with HSTS enforced.
• Passwords are stored only as salted hashes — never in plain text.
• Access to production data is restricted and least-privilege.

One honest engine

The figures you see are produced by the same validation-and-filing engine that submits your return — schema-checked and rule-checked against the department's requirements before anything is filed.
